A Student Accommodation at 17-21 Lachlan Avenue, Macquarie Park, Australia, completed in partnership with our valued client Micos.

As you can see from these on-site photos, this multi-tower development features a rich, layered facade composition with four distinct exterior languages, all supplied and delivered by our team:

·  Brick facade with curtain wall systems, creating a calm residential rhythm for the main tower

·  Vertical aluminium fins and ribbed panels that stretch the building silhouette, adding elegant depth and dynamic light-and-shadow effects across the elevation

·  Full-height unitized curtain walls with high-performance glazing, reflecting the sky and surrounding native greenery for a sleek, modern aesthetic

From unitized curtain walls and window wall systems, to custom aluminium fin assemblies and brick facade solutions, our full-scope facade package turned this multi-material design vision into a built reality — all tailored to meet the durability, comfort and aesthetic standards for premium student accommodation.
